I'm still doing Yellowstone/Grand Teton Pictures (4 Posted as of writing this entry). I've been busy these past few days, and so it has become difficult to make time for photoshopping. I hope everyone is enjoying them!

I'm kinda sad. Well, for two reasons. Both of them are important to me and have been bugging me for the last few weeks. Allow me to explain: (In advance, sorry to sound...despondent)

1) Despite having more watchers and (I think/hope) my photography and photoshopping skill improving, the amount of views my newer postings have had are at an all-time low. While in summer '08 my postings had around 60-100 views, any and all of my postings from '09 are below 50. I know a lot of people are inactive on dA, too lazy to see others' deviations, or just too busy, but it hurts me :\. Kinda puts me down and makes me want to not post as much.

2) The obvious one that is probably bugging most of you guys... School. Don't get me wrong! I'm so excited to see people again and interact, but... Jasper is just horrible. I'm glad HGAP is done, but that won't ensure I sleep at a decent time. Who knows whats in store for us all. I looked at what I've done over the summer and just sigh, lie down, and sulk. All I did was go to debate camp (which is good, but not enough!). Anywho, I'm not so keen on going back. When school comes in, my free time goes out the window on an 8 month vacation.


I sure hope everyone is ready for the summer to end, and ready for school (or college, etc). I feel a chord being struck as school approaches a day closer. I didn't get as much accomplished this summer as I had wanted.

I do hope I will get on dA during school!
